My initial part of the review was from the time while the tech was here on the original visit. Was transferred to the door dept and no one to take the call. It seems like all I have gotten is the run around. Furthermore the company was quick to take my money and since then very very poor customer service!!!!! Now was told that the tech will call me at 8AM March 3rd. I missed out on work because I was promised an installation date of March 3rd. Nothing but a complete waste of my time and money. Still no call and then called back then was informed had to be contacted from original tech before door installation could be set up. Them was told I would receive a call from the door Dept to set up a install possibly Friday 4th of March. Everyone that I talked to knew nothing until they found out the paperwork was never submitted just today. Upon calling numerous times today they had no records of my appointment nor N invoice nor half the money paid. While Craig was here to do the initial assessment he set up an appointment for March 3rd to have my new garage door installed. Updated REVIEW!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company. A1 is lucky to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and thorough employee. Craig went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Craig explained every option of garage door repair/replacement. He was very professional in every aspect of his service call. Tremendous service and very positive results.A1 should be called A+1.Ĭraig was phenomenal. He told me a refund for the extra charges would be posted to my credit card account.I will call again. efficient. He also called back and apologized for over charging me in the billing process. There was no pressure, but I appreciated the information. An excellent experience. During the course of the repair he made several suggestions about the equipment and possible replacement parts. He sent a text message and also called to let me know when he would be arriving.Upon inspection of the damaged door, the technician clearly explained my options for repair and the cost.He got right to work and completed his service within a reasonable time frame. She arranged for a work crew to arrive first thing the next morning.Equally impressed with the technician that serviced my garage door. I was impressed with the 24/7 receptionist who was my initial contact. Why can't we get people from Fowlerville to come here and spend some money in Leslie?' " she said.Excellent service. "I thought, 'I've gone to Fowlerville and spent some good money at their places. She said last year, she visited a community yard sale in Fowlerville and spent around $300. I was going to be ecstatic if we had 20 sign up." A self-proclaimed "rummage sale junkie," Charnley has visited yard sales for the past several months, passing out pamphlets to promote the event. "I was going to be happy if we had at least 12 people sign up. "It has gone beyond my wildest dreams," she said. Charnley said the response to the community sale has been great. Several Leslie stores - including Blossoms Flower Shop, The Stitching Post, The Dressmaker's Shop and Indian Motorcycle - will have sidewalk sales and/or specials. The Leslie American Legion, 422 Woodworth St., will host a rummage sale and sell food. "We're hoping this will be very popular and that many people will want to come to our area." Items for sale at the various sites will include two auto-mobiles, a moped, a trampoline, a Wii game system, boats, antiques, bicycles, tractors, computers, hunting supplies, bunk beds and horse saddles. "We look for this to be an annual event," chamber President Bruce Crockett said. The Leslie Downtown Development Authority is paying to advertise the sale. The event is sponsored by the Leslie Area Chamber of Commerce. Maps listing sale sites are available at Mitchell's Department Store at Main and Bellevue streets in downtown Leslie. There is no fee for any of the sellers to participate. It will feature more than 80 sites in the city of Leslie and the townships of Leslie, Bunker Hill, Onondaga and Rives, said coordinator Marie Charnley. Members of the Leslie community are cleaning out their garages, attics and spare bedrooms this week in preparation for the first Leslie Area-Wide Garage Sale.
